White peppercorns


White peppercorns actually come from the same plant as black peppercorns, but these peppercorns have been allowed to fully ripen before being soaked and then havre their black outer husks removed.

Ground white peppercorns go especially well in sauces, on light colored meats such as fish, with eggs, and in mashed potatoes.

White Peppercorns are the preferred pepper in much of the world.
