Hickory Smoked Sea Salt


Hickory smoked sea salt is made by evaporating Pacific sea water until the salt is solid but still wet then it is smoked over prime hickory wood until dry, this imparts the smoked flavor with a clean,crisptaste without any bitternes,and the natural minerals intact.There are no artificial smoke flavors added.

Hickory smoke is synonymous with bbq's and southern cooking and adds a another layer of magic with ribs, burgers, red meat, turkey, and chicken.

Use it in spice blends for brining.As finishing salt also a curing salt.
