• Flat Rate of $5.95 for all spices,herbs,teas,coffees,dips and botanicals
• For any orders that contain monin products also books ,oils,bottles,jars or any product that is large or bulky there will be an additional charge on that item.
• Mainland United States and any where the Post office considers domestic.• Free shipping is for orders $50.00 or over without applicable taxes.Once products have shipped we can not give a refund for shipping we replace items if damaged.Missy's Spice Shop does not receive any credit card info except the last four digits the approval number and what type of card used. So we can not access the info to process a partial refund. Thank you very much for your understanding.
For these promotions the products will be shipped by ground usually with USPS priority mail which usually takes 2-3 days,with a carrier of our choice,but we will email you the carrier and provide a tracking number if available.
We will strive to keep you informed of the progress of the package being shipped but once with the shippers it is beyond our control.We ship USPS priority mail.If you need faster service call us.
We try to ship as fast as possible but usually within 7-10 business days.
If something is out of stock we may hold the order for a few days so we can fulfill the order,unless our vendors are out of stock then we will contact you so we may issue you a refund. If the order is a rush please give us a call to let us know.Thank you Missy.
Our website fulfillment hours are Monday through Friday from 8am-12pm CST.
Orders are normally shipped within as quickly as possible after they are placed unless placed after 12pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Because of order backlog on Orders made Friday after 2pm ,Sat and Sun orders may not be shipped until Tuesday. Sometimes due to weather or other emergencies or waiting for an item to fulfill an order shipments may take a few days extra. Our customers are our priority so every package goes out as quickly as possible.

Refunds and Exchanges
Sorry, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges on food products if damage see below. Non-food merchandise can be refunded or exchanged with a receipt and in good condition within 10 days.

We also cannot refund shipping cost it is a service,if you return an online order we do not refund the shipping. We also cannot give a refund on any product that is damaged while being returned.
If an item is damaged during shipping, we require that you hold onto the package and all of the contents, including packaging materials, Then call the shop at 931-570-2977 within 48 hours .Take a picture and email it to us. Often times, the carrier will want to send someone to inspect it before paying a claim. Typically, we will issue a refund of the amount paid for the item,plus shipping paid for that item. Sometimes, though, we may replace the item(s), rather than issue a refund. If we don't receive a picture of the damage, we will not issue a refund or replacement for the item(s).

All the photo's for the products may not exactly represent product due to our items being a natural product and different lighting and products can vary in color from batch to batch.We use stock photos that most closely resembles the product,we sell but it may vary to be pleasing to the eye and enhance the product for display purposes.So your product may be different.
Allergen Info: Due to the fact that our products are sourced from all over the world and many countries do not have allergen regulations as the US does. Also many of our importers and packaging companies deal in many products that we may not be aware of.We cannot guarantee that our products have or have not come into contact with wheat,eggs,soy,dairy,tree nuts,peanuts or any other allergen components.
Missy's Spice Shop will label our products with allergen info we are aware of. We do carry a few products that have wheat,dairy,soy. If you have any questions please call our shop.We also label our products with everything that we know that is in a product.
Any orders with e-checks will be shipped as soon as possible after we are messaged that they have cleared. This can 3-8 business days to clear.
